Pickle Jar Café Anniversary Party, March 16th
Recently someone complained to me that there were no good restaurants in Pittsboro. Well, that is simply not true. Pittsboro now features a suite of amazing and high-quality farm to table establishments. One of these is the Pickle Jar Café. Don’t let the quaint name fool you, this is a restaurant of high culinary delight. Self-described as farm fresh and locally sourced, The Pickle Jar conjures up made from scratch meals with local a Carolina flare while focusing on sustainability.
The family business was once located in Silk Hope but has since moved to the Chatham Mills. The new location reused the space vacated by The Oak Leaf, transforming the area into a welcoming attraction for community meals and events. The décor is charming, the food is delicious, their mission is appealing; the Pickle Jar is your next stop while meal searching in the Pittsboro area.
